When Do Starbucks’ Fall Drinks Come Back? Here’s Everything We Know So Far

Halloween decor has been lining store shelves for weeks now, the college football season is set to kick off this weekend, and the internet is abuzz with the latest in fall fashion. But in our minds, there’s one sign that truly means fall is nearly upon us. Yes, we’re talking about the return of Starbucks fall drinks.

It always seems like Starbucks’ fall menu comes out earlier and earlier every year, but if that means a few more days when we can order our beloved Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, then we’re not complaining. Although the PSL made its long-awaited return on August 30 last year, this year’s fall menu launch date is rumored to be several days earlier. At least that’s according to Instagram user @markie_devo, who allegedly got a sneak peek at this year’s menu.

What We Know About Starbucks’ Fall Drinks 2023

According to the Instagram post, Starbucks’ fall 2023 menu is set to come out on Thursday, August 24. The autumn-themed offerings are expected to run through November 1, at which point the holiday menu will take its place.

So what’s on the fall menu this year? The lineup includes returning favorites such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, as well as a few new additions. This year’s menu is rumored to include an Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which sounds like the perfect fall take on the longtime editor-favorite Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. And for those who aren’t big on coffee, there may be a new tea-based drink for you to try this fall. The post also mentions an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte on the menu for this year, and we sincerely hope that’s true.

As for food, the new menu allegedly includes some fun fall treats as well, including a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, an Owl Cake Pop, and (new for this year) a Baked Apple Croissant.

Apart from a cryptic Instagram post including a pumpkin emoji, Starbucks has yet to officially confirm any of these details, so we’ll be waiting with bated breath to see if the rumors are proven true. Until then, we’ll just have to get by on our tried-and-true favorites for our Starbucks fix.
